Ashley & Joe are getting married in less than three days!! Just a few weeks ago, we headed over to the Edmonds waterfront to do their engagement session, a place where they have spent many of their days off together. We had a great time spending the afternoon together, playing in the sand - rolling in the grass and ending the day at Starbucks! =) I can’t wait for their big day up at Lord Hill Farms (images to follow for sure!)

You can tell spring is here - because all the girls are wearing those cute dresses and the boys in those super cute pin-striped suits!! Unfortunately that is the only way you can tell spring is here - it is SO cold outside!! But - the day after Easter my favorite tough kids went outside to play just so I could take some photos!!

Carlos & Cathy are getting married!! The perfect reason to go out and do some engagement portraits! =) The other day we met at Discovery Park over in Magnolia we danced, twirled and flew a kite all over the park! It was too much fun, I can’t wait for their big day (coming so soon!).

I had the privilege of meeting Christy & Rogan at their good friends Nena & Charlie’s wedding about a year and a half ago. Christy was a bridesmaid and Rogan an usher. (fun!) They were in town for just a few short weeks over the winter break so we took the opportunity to sneak in a little rainy photo session at the sculpture park downtown Seattle.
We had such a great time, I can’t wait for their wedding which is planned for this coming July at Parson’s Gardens in upper Queen Anne. (such a beautiful place for a wedding!)

Jordan, James & I went over to the Arboretum in early October so we could have the fabulous fall colors in their engagement photos & we had SO much fun! Engagement photos are so fun - they give us time to get to know each other (for me) to see how each couple interacts (for you) to see how I am behind the camera.
From the very first meeting Chris, Miriam and I connected, we stayed and chatted way too long (is there such a thing??) about so many things; work, life…weddings!! Then a couple of weeks ago we met up at Volunteer Park - {The very place he proposed to her!!! YAY!!} for their engagement session. We twirled our way through the ponds, trails, dahlias & layed on the grass - (too fun!) It was a perfectly sunny afternoon (that we can never have too many of) and here are a few of the photos we took that day….. Enjoy!!

Erin & Pete are getting married in …. (wow) two and a half very short weeks - I cannot wait!! These two are so fun to photograph - so silly together - it was hard choosing the images they are so cute!), we spent about an hourish walking around (okay dancing around) the Seattle Waterfront area, dipping, twirling and having too much fun!

Last Thursday Melodee, Oscar and I headed over to Richmond Beach - a place that is very special to Melodee. It was one of our hot Seattle days and we were able to stay cool by the nice cool breeze off the ocean - so nice!!
I cannot wait for Melodee and Oscar’s wedding - they are so loving and incredibly fun & silly together!! (a perfect combination for fabulous photos!!) The wedding will be this August at the Museum of Flight - stand by for photos to follow!!

Robin & Tony were engaged about a year ago in the romantic city of London, funny enough they were looking through the travel images on my website and found one of the exact place he proposed!! How great is that? Now they are planning a beautiful wedding for this summer in Seattle.
Two weeks ago on one of our first hot days we spent about an hour walking around at the Arboretum and had so much fun! Robin & Tony are so sweet together, we got some really great shots (I can’t wait for the big day!) - check them out!
I met Elisa a few years ago, (through my boyfriend Ryan) she is one of the sweetest people I have ever met and such a wonderful mother to Kayla. I remember about a year and a half ago, we were over visiting her just after she and Jeff started dating and even then when they had only been together just a short time - you could tell they were in love and perfect for each other.

So, a couple of weeks ago - we went over to the University of Washington Campus and spent a gorgeous afternoon walking around. (My favorite part of this is that Jeff went to Washington State… heehee)
