Jen & Isaac are such a cute couple!! They met through BNI (which I love!) they were married a year ago last May in Montana and finally moved back to Seattle about a year ago. All year we watched as Jen’s belly grew and grew – with an original date of September 23rd we thought we had plenty of time to do their pregnancy photos – but when I received the phone call in early September from Jen saying we’d better do it this morning I was SO excited!
So we set up a little studio in their living room and snapped some beautiful portraits – and created some beautiful art.
Then – 32 short hours later they met little William (Will) Thomas Gaspar born September 3rd, 2009 7lbs & 6oz – 19inches long (and incredibly handsome!) Then two weeks later I was able to visit them and took a couple of photos – he is SO sweet!!
About two years ago I met Chris & Miriam and we hit it off right away – I was lucky enough to photograph their engagement portraits (see here) and soon after their BEAUTIFUL wedding (see here) and nine(ish) short months later – little baby Xavi was born!! Well now he’s walking and talking and HILARIOUS!! Last week we all spent an hour playing outside their new home and laughed the entire time, here are a few shots from the morning – enjoy!
A couple of weeks ago I spent a fun morning the sweetest family – Rob & Jennifer with their little son Ethan who turned one in January, the greatest Nanny – Jen (who was recently married!) and of course Gracie who is the funniest dog ever! We spent about an hour running around their home, reading books and laughing (my stomach hurt after from laughing so much!)

Last weekend on a chilly Sunday morning I went down to Centralia for a (little late) celebration of Clara, Hannah (the fabulous fay twins) and baby Ryan (the adorable boy of Shannon & Andy) turning one!
We had a great time, we played on the floor with all of Ryan’s toys then sat in the grass for a little while in the back yard – we took SO many photos! Here are a few from the morning ~ Enjoy!
Brian & Jaimie Burton were married a couple of years ago and I was lucky enough to be their photographer – (you’ll probably recognize them from the 2006 Fall/Winter real wedding section of the Knot Magazine) so I was SO excited when I got the email saying they were expecting their first baby in December. Yay!! SO – mid October I went over to their home where we took these fabulous pregnancy photos:
Welcome to the world little Bella Burton!!! She was just a few weeks old when we had her first official photoshoot – she is healthy, strong and has the prettiest blue eyes!! She was the perfect little model and made it through the entire photoshoot without a peep. I can’t wait to see her again!
Last week I went over to my favorite chiropractor’s house (VanQuaethem Chiropractic) to take pictures of her sweet little girl Laney. – I can’t believe how big she has gotten, (see her in her past photoshoots HERE). Laney loves reading, singing, wearing shoes (stomping in them), and of course jumping on the bed! It was so fun playing with her & Amy – here are a few of my favorite images from the shoot.

The Chadwick family has a new addition – baby Riley! He is two months old and SOOOO cute, he loves smiling, telling stories and bouncing on the yoga ball. =) This is the first of a three part series, so you’ll get to see little Riley change over his first year. Here are a few of my favorite shots from the morning. (he loves the morning time!)
Baby Michael is now six months old & is cuter than ever!! You’ve been so lucky to see his newborn photos, his three month photos and soon you’ll get to see 9 months too! Since we were near halloween, we wanted to put him in a pumpkin – it turns out to be much harder than you’d think. (who wants to sit in a slimy pumkin?? eeew!)

I just got an email from Ede (a mutual friend) – Sarah is at the hospital right now (9/9/08) SO exciting!!
Sarah & Chris are awaiting the arrival of sweet little Ellie Elizabeth Henry (I’ll have to check on spelling) and I just can’t wait to meet her! In the meantime, I’d better get to blogging!
Sarah is such a great friend – we originally met through BNI, our business networking group but it is amazing how everyone there seems like family. She & Chris are going to be the best parents – so loving & wonderful!! Here are a few photos from our photo session (its been a while back now) I hope you enjoy them!

Amy & Darcy (the proud new parents of little baby Zoe) emailed me asking to do some newborn photos. We wanted to move quickly – every day little Zoe changes so much and is getting bigger before their very eyes. So about two weeks ago I met them at their home on a Thursday morning for Zoe’s first photo-shoot. We decided she HAS to be the new model for REI’s new baby line. =)
