I met Eoin while working an event at Salon Seven where he manages the front desk – we hit it off right away. He is outgoing, funny and SO cute! He is working on his portfolio, going to auditions and before we know it he’ll be on the big screen and we can say we knew him back when!!
A couple of weeks ago we headed out to a few fun Seattle locations and had a blast – he is so fun to photograph and really knows how to move in front of the camera, here are a couple of shots from the morning… (I had such a hard time narrowing it down!)

Melody Biringer is a name many of you have heard around town – she is amazing!! She is the creator of Crave (party, book & business) – and is responsible for bringing many MANY lady entrepreneures together.
Last week she held the latest Crave party at McCaw Hall in Seattle – there were tons of people there (what a gorgeous venue by the way!) Kelly Moore was there giving a presentation, there were fashion shows, workout presentations, a DJ spinning, plenty of drinks being passed around and of course a TON of beautiful sparkly bobbles for everyone to buy. =)
Here are a few highlight images from the night, Enjoy!

On Saturday October 11th Josh Keyes and MANY of his fabulous friends and family met at the OKOK Gallery over in Ballard (such a cool space!) to show everyone his newest works of art. He had quite a few paintings on the wall and a gorgeous installation (with the butterflies) that people were so amazed by!
This show will be up until November 1st – if you want to stop by and visit, here is the info:
5107 Ballard Ave NW
Seattle, WA 98107
Here are a few photos of the setting up as well as the opening:
This is one of my favorites – you HAVE to see it in person to see all of the details!!
Bret – our favorite videographer!
The super sweet Whitney Keyes from The Whitney & Wyatt show conducted an interview (can’t wait to see it online!) with her brother – she is one of the greatest PR & Marketing gurus out there!
This little red dot under each print means that someone is interested in purchasing this print. (there were red dots EVERYWHERE!!)
Above is Josh, Barbie & Whitney Keyes - (thats right – there were 3 Barbies at the party!!)
Okay… this next photo is NOT for the weak…. (laurel – close your eyes)
This is the new OKOK mascott, he lives in the corner and eats LOUDLY – EEWWW!!! (yes that is a huge bug hanging out of his mouth. EW.)
I have been lucky to photograph Shana a couple of times in the past few years – most of them are highlighted on this blog!! =)
Not long ago I got an email from Shana saying she was starting her own company – FABULOUS!! Now the time is here and she is launching her website and is ready to take on the world!!
The company: Neverland Communications – a full service public relations and events firm that specializes in targeted communications and distinctive events.
Shana has tons of experience working with businesses, non-profit organizations (including yours truly), and individuals – she is incredibly professional, very creative and of course SO fun to be around!!
Check her out, HERE is a link to her new site, and of course: Here are a few of my favorite images from our shoot!
If you want to email Shana to talk with her about PR for your business or an event here is the info:

My new FAVORITE Inn is in my new FAVORITE town! How could I have lived in Washington State for 9 years already and just discovered La Conner? I mean yeah sure – I’ve heard of it, but had never really been there and it is FABULOUS!! This little picturesque town is filled with art galleries, antique stores and coffee – three of my favorite things!!! The Queen of the Valley Inn is located just outside of the downtown area and couldn’t be more perfect! There are plenty of fabulous rooms for you & your friends to stay with lots of history and best of all is Shelly my favorite Inn Keeper! She is SO much fun & I can’t wait to go and stay overnight .
The Queen turns 100 years old this year, so if you are in need of a weekend gettaway, you should head up (or over or down) to La Conner to visit & help celebrate! HERE is a link to their website, and say hi to Shelly for me when you get there!
Here are a few of my favorite photos from the day:
I love having projects – although since finishing up with school I have found myself so busy with work that it is sometimes hard to make sure there are fun projects going to keep the creativity alive.
A few weeks ago while visiting my favorite chiropractic office I was chatting with the doctor herself (Mrs. Amy VanQuaethem) and she mentioned getting some art for her walls. She showed me a few examples of what she was looking for and I was SO excited!! They were all of the different textures in nature – all different colors, different seasons – it was great and I couldn’t wait to get started!
So right away I started taking some photos and this project just gets better and better each time I break out the camera.
Here is the first round of images – but I have a feeling that this will be an on going project for a while. So stay tuned. =)
I hope you enjoy them! Oh – and if you are in the neighborhood you should stop by Amy’s offices they have the best chiropractors & massage therapists in town!! 2914 East Madison Street – OR visit their website HERE
A special THANK YOU to Nicole Marie Beraldi – the BEST Architect at Callison for coming along on the longest photo excursion EVER. THANK YOU!!
I first saw Whitney on her online TV show (The Whitney & Wyatt Show) a few months ago and thought she was amazing! She was talking about marketing and PR – (two of my favorite things) and can even remember telling a friend – we should meet her!! Then like magic, she and her fabulous film crew were covering an event that I too was photographing. (see, magic!) We chatted for a bit, exchanged cards and met the following week for coffee. She is SO fun, full of energy and incredibly passionate about her work!
Since then we’ve become great friends and have had the wonderful opportunity to photograph her on two of her projects. (this is how behind I am at blogging) but would love to share some of the photos with you.
These first photos are from the BizJam event (put on of course by the fabulous people of Biznik) – Whitney spoke about high impact, low cost marketing – how to get the attention of the press and of course your potential clients! We were all taking notes – great advice and a great reason to hire Whitney to help you come up with a plan to increase your business! (HERE is a link to her site. )
A couple of weeks ago (or was it months… time goes by so fast – I can’t remember!) Folk life was here at the Seattle Center. Whitney and her wonderful cameraman Brett came down to interview Ravin Wolf a fabulous Ellensburg based band who was here performing.
Whitney is always doing fun interviews and introducing artists/performers/business people to the community.
See, now you can see how fabulous Whitney is! If you want to grow your business, or start a new business but aren’t sure where to start – you should hire Whitney Keyes, she is a fabulous consultant!!
I don’t normally go to clubs – but last week I went to a Sex and the City Party thrown by Joanna & Isaac of Bamboo Beats and it was SO fun!! If you are looking for something fun to do on Thursday nights in Seattle head down to Club Ibiza (2nd & James) to listen to Bamboo Beats spin great dance music, sign up to win fabulous door prizes and of course enjoy the tasty drinks. Here are a few shots from last week so you can see what the atmosphere is like. Let me know if you’ll be there and I’ll join you!
A few months ago, I met two wonderful gals (at Girl Power Hour of course) who have changed the gift giving world!! Juliana Wong & Heather Kleiner the owners of a fabulous company called Marrylicious, the company has focused mainly on wedding day gifts but the gift can be given to anyone (client or friend) and without a doubt they will appreciate it!!
The packaging is what first caught my eye – the boxes are gorgeous and can be used again and again… but wait until you see what is inside!! It is a huge hit and can be a life savor on a wedding day. =) Check out their website by clicking HERE.
Oh, and a couple of weeks ago, Heather & I got together to do a little photo-shoot of their packaging, here are a few of the shots. Enjoy!
